Does war have a purpose? "'Dot it!' he told himself. 'Go and fight'"(pg.10) His purpose was to just go and fight and be better than anyone else. My purpose for war is to protect the country, but most important of all your family. Some parents have to risk their lives because they want to protect their family and give them a better life. Truly, for me this is an important purpose for war as there are many more.
